Our first (and last) family holiday in years took place on Tannie Dalene and Oom Niekie's farm back in December 2011. What a nice time we all had all together.
I remember playing ping-pong and laughing at "Pamela" when we went to feed the Sables, and of course playing water pistols in the jacuzzi. After 4 days in the jacuzzi the water was actually green!! You pretended to be a sharp-shooter from the pool but I got you and threw a whole bucket of water out over your head!
You did also seem solemn and gave me the biggest hug when we dropped you and Gabi off at the airport a few days later on a rainy and thundery Gaunteng day - little did I know it would be the last time I'd ever see you alive..... Although I think you knew...
